$100 is the starting price for a 12x12 inch map. 
I would suggest this size only if you have few places to mark and they are close together in location.

I usually suggest the smallest size to be 18x18 inch. 

Your locations can be wider spread, I'll just zoom out on the map and limited the roads to interstates and highways.
