All Personalized Orders can expect a mock up of the piece with their name and info added. Once we agree on the mock up, 50% of the payment will be due before the piece is personalized. Once it is ready to be sent, I send a high quality photo of the finished piece, and the last 50% of the payment will be due before shipping. The shipping cost will be added to the second payment.
