SHIPPING POLICY
All Personalized Orders can expect a mock up of the piece with their name and info added. Once we agree on the mock up, 50% of the payment will be due before the piece is personalized. Once it is ready to be sent I send a high quality photo of the finished piece, and the last 50% of the payment will be due before shipping. The shipping cost will be added to the second payment. If you are in the Springfield Missouri area we can meet for no extra cost.
RETURN POLICY
I do not accept returns. Any concerns should be voiced before sending the piece.
Should there be any damage due to shipping we will work out how to fix the issues.
